For academic chairs and VPs of scholarship
A chapter benefit that shows up in the GPA report.
Every member drops her syllabi once and gets every exam, paper, and reading on her calendar — with reminders that start early for the things worth the most. You run it with one announcement and one code.
Free to the chapter. Setting it up takes one email.
What every member gets
Her syllabi, in the calendar she already uses.

Personal
Left: one syllabus, already in Google Calendar. Right: what she needs on the final to hold the grade — the question the chapter GPA minimum turns into a real deadline.
The part nobody put in the officer binder
You are accountable for a number you cannot personally manage.
The chapter GPA minimum is real and it is reported upward. The tools you were handed for it are study hours, a probation list, and a group chat. None of those touch the actual failure — that a member did not know a paper was worth 25% of her grade until the week it was due. That is a deadline-visibility problem, and it is the only thing this fixes.
What you get out of it
Three things, none of which need chasing.
Something the GPA report can see
Study hours prove attendance. They do not prove anyone knows what is due. Every member sees her exams and papers weeks out, with reminders weighted by what each one is worth — so the misses that drag a chapter average stop happening quietly.
A new-member academic plan that runs itself
Put the chapter link in the new-member packet. Each one drops her syllabi during syllabus week and starts with a real calendar instead of five PDFs she will open in October.
One line in your end-of-term report
You announced it once, the chapter used it all semester, and you did not chase a single person. That is the whole administrative footprint of this program.
Two ways to run it
Start free. Sponsor it once you have seen the numbers.
Chapter code
$0to the chapter
We give you one code. Any member who uses it pays $4.50 a month instead of $9 — 50% off, for as long as she keeps it.
- No budget line, no exec board vote
- No cap on how many members use it
- Works the same whether 12 members redeem or 200
- Nothing to reconcile at the end of the semester
Chapter sponsored
$399per semester and up
The chapter pays once and it is free for every member — nobody enters a card at all. Priced by chapter size, flat, so it is one number for the budget.
That works out to under $5.50 a member for the semester, against $29 at retail. Larger chapter than the top tier? Email us and we will quote it.
Our honest recommendation: take the free code this semester. It costs the chapter nothing and it tells you how many members actually want this — which is the number you want in hand before you ask an exec board for money.
Rolling it out
One email to us, one link to them.
Tell us your chapter and size
One email. We set up your code and a page with your chapter name on it, usually the same day.
Drop the link in the group chat
Your members get one link. It shows them the code and what to do with it. No roster, no sign-up sheet, no follow-up from you.
That is the whole job
Members who want it redeem it. Members who do not, do not. Nothing expires mid-semester and nothing needs managing.
Before you ask
What we never ask the chapter for.
- No roster upload. We never ask who is in your chapter, and we could not tell you who redeemed.
- No admin console to learn, no seats to assign, no accounts to deactivate at the end of the year.
- No member data goes to the chapter. What a member puts in Classmaite is hers — you cannot see her grades and neither can we sell them.
- No auto-renew on the chapter. A sponsored semester ends when the semester ends; you decide again in January.
Questions chairs actually ask
Does the chapter have to pay anything?
No. The default is free to the chapter: we give you a code that takes 50% off for any member who uses it, and members who want it pay $4.50 a month instead of $9. Sponsoring the chapter — where you pay once and every member gets it free — is the upgrade, not the requirement.
What does a member get for free without any code?
One syllabus, with no account and no card. That is enough for most members to see whether it reads their actual documents correctly before anything is paid for. The code matters at the point she wants all five courses.
What if only twenty members use it?
On the discount plan, nothing — the chapter never paid anything, and twenty members got it half off. That is the honest reason we recommend starting there. Sponsor the chapter the following semester, once you have seen how many members actually redeemed.
Do we have to collect anything from members?
No. There is no sign-up sheet and no list to keep. A member opens the link, redeems the code herself, and the chapter is never in the middle of it.
Can we use our letters and colors on the page?
We put your chapter and school name on it in plain text. We deliberately do not use letters, crests, or badges — national organizations have real rules about their marks, and an academic chair should not be the person who finds out where the line is.
Get it in front of your chapter before syllabus week.
Send us your chapter, your school, and roughly how many members. We will send back your code and your chapter’s page.
