Can I try it without paying?
Two ways. At myclassmaite.com/try you can parse one syllabus with no account and no card at all — upload the PDF, review what we extracted, export it to your calendar, keep it. For the full app, Pro is free for 7 days; that one does require a card up front.
Does the free trial need a card, and what happens when it ends?
Yes, a card is required to start the 7-day trial. You are not charged when you start. On day 7 we automatically charge $9 to that card, and $9 every month after that, until you cancel. Cancel before day 7 and you are never charged anything. We also email you before the trial ends, so the charge is never a surprise.
How do I cancel?
Settings, then Cancel subscription. It is one click and takes you straight to the confirmation — no phone call, no email required, and nothing to sit through first. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep Pro through any time you already paid for.
What does Pro cost?
Pro is a flat $9/month after the 7-day free trial. That unlocks unlimited syllabi — every class, all semester — plus Canvas auto-sync (in beta), with AI study tools coming at no extra cost. It renews automatically each month until you cancel from Settings, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a student discount?
The whole product is priced for students rather than having a separate discount program. Paying up front is where the saving is: $29 per semester or $50 per year, against $9 a month.
Do you offer an annual plan?
Yes — $29 per semester or $50 per year, both cheaper per month than paying monthly. Same features either way, same 7-day free trial to start, and each one renews automatically at that price until you cancel.
What happens to my calendar if I cancel?
Everything already exported to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or .ics stays on your calendar — those events are yours and cancelling does not touch them. You just lose the ability to parse new syllabi in the app.
How accurate is the syllabus parsing?
Very good on typical course syllabi, and you always get a review step — you see every extracted assignment, date, and weight before anything lands on your calendar, and you can edit or delete items in one click.
